Valerie Hanna had decades of experience in the healing arts. She is a Nationally Board Certified acupuncturist, and has worked in a variety of settings. Valerie has treated patients with systemic yeast issues with acupuncture and diet at the East West Clinic in Woodbury, and currently treats patients with a variety of health disorders in Waconia and Minnetonka.
Valerie is also a Registered Nurse, with years of experience at the Chronic Pain Rehabilitation Program at the Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute. In that capacity, she counseled patients on pain control, nutrition, exercise, narcotic withdrawal, and stress relief. In Hutchinson, Valerie gained experience as a mental health unit nurse at Hutchinson Health.
Valerie has also studied NAET in California, a treatment system to eliminate allergies and sensitivities in adults and children. She is passionate about combining her years of experience and training to work with patients who are impacted by allergens and toxins, as well as treating a variety of related health conditions.

How NAET Works
NAET is a synthesis of Various Medical disciplines such as allopathy, acupuncture, chiropractic, kinesiology and nutrition. The NAET treatment stimulates pressure points along the spine from the neck to the sacrum while the patient is holding an allergen. After the treatment, a strong muscle test indicate that the allergy has been removed. Specific acupressure points are then massaged or acupuncture needles may be inserted for 20 minutes to stabilize the treatment.
